WHO WE ARE

Stacy-Ann credits her grandmother for her love of cooking. Growing up with her sister, aunts, uncles and grandparents all under one roof, she rarely went out for meals. Instead, everyone was welcome to cook, including Stacy-Ann, who was 9 years old when she first learned how to make the Jamaican staple dish called “Ackee and Salt-fish”. After subsequent years of self thought food knowledge and now, with teachings of her mom “Grace” with hands-on home cooking, and professional restaurant hospitality experience, however unfortunately faced with the COVID-19 pandemic preventing restaurant’s from re-opening for indoor dining, Stacy-Ann decided to put her passion for food and hospitality into a new normal, by opening CJ’s Caribbean Flavors mobile take out restaurant/catering and CJ’s Caribbean Online Grocery shop. CJ’s aim is to supply North America, UK and the Caribbean market with a variety of the best Caribbean products on a wholesale/retail basis. Stacy-Ann was not alone on this journey, she enlisted her two sons, Caleb and Joshua, her mom Grace and Chef ******** to help realize this vision.
